Arizona is not only able to take the heat, but also able to bring it! It could be the reason why Arizona’s economy grew by 3.2% in 2022 and far outpaced the national economy’s 1.9% expansion.

“Yes, but it’s a dry heat”

Did you know?

Everyone meet the Gila Woodpecker, and order to survive in the desert conditions it is evolved to survive in, it requires ingenuity, resilience, happiness and caring for its fellow community members such as Elf Owls, Purple Martins, Cactus Wrens. Once the Gila’s no longer have use for their nest, usually carved out of a saguaro cactus, they essentially donate that space to their fellow Aves.

The Gila Woodpecker would in many ways share the quality of community banks…resiliant to constant ebbs and flows, ups and downs, that come with a tumultuous economic evironment the world has been experiencing that last few years. Like the Gila, we also support and sacrifice for our community to ensure its continued growth and existence.

“Nowhere on this planet is the desert as fascinating as it is in Arizona.”
